CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS
Project Coordinator & Scheduler (3 Yrs. Experience Required)

We are hiring immediately for a Project Coordinator & Scheduler to join our all-star team. The ideal candidate for this position has some general experience and/or knowledge of the construction industry. This positions requires advanced administrative skills so excellent computer skills or a background that demonstrates office experience with a proficiency in excel is a must. Work hours are 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday with a 1-hour lunch at a beautiful workspace on the showroom floor with lots of light, views and windows in a collaborative and supportive workspace. On time and regular attendance is required and non-negotiable for the success of this role.

Candidate must be reliable, professional, extremely organized, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a friendly and fast paced environment while working with team members and customers both on the phone and in-person. We want to invest in a team player who wants to grow with us in their career and is interested in long-term employment. This position has the potential to advance into a Project Manager position and beyond.

The role of the Project Coordinator & Scheduler is to schedule and direct the day-to-day projects of the business, seeing them to completion from start to finish. This position will exercise your skills daily in customer service as well as time and project management, as this role is primarily responsible for ensuring all sold installation projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring the installation teams are running smoothly with a positive customer experience. The position works directly with the installation teams, warehouse department, sales teams and reports to upper management on a regular basis. Building rapport with the installation teams as well as new and existing customers including contractors with general product knowledge is a must.


The ideal candidate for this position is a true company and team player with excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills. Pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hour depending on experience.


Expert Window Tinter (3 Yrs. Experience Required)

Subcontractor or employee option

We are hiring immediately for an experienced Window Tinter/Tint Technician for both auto and flat residential and commercial glass. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of excellent window tinting experience, knowledge of paint protection film is a plus but not required.
Company provided state-of-the-art plotter technology and film. We have all the tools, but appreciate you supplying your own, if available.

Candidate must be honest, pay attention to detail, be presentable and friendly with customers. We are only looking for candidates who are willing and hardworking and most importantly, bring a positive attitude to work every day.

We are offering a competitive wage starting at $30+/hour DOE for an employee or commission for Independent Contractor’s (min $200+/day) with their own business license and insurance in a good strong work environment within an extremely busy shop, covering the entire San Luis Obispo county. For mobile jobs, a company will be provided along with all film materials. Our business is based on customer referrals, so the highest quality service and installations is a must.

Lead Auto Glass Installer (Experience Required)

FULL TIME, 
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Our reputable family owned and operated glass shop on the Central Coast is looking for a skilled auto glass technician to join and lead our auto glass team.

We are offering $25-$30/hour (depending on experience) for error-free workmanship and efficiency, medical benefits, retirement, paid vacation, holidays and more. A company vehicle will be provided along with all installation tools and materials.

Our business is based on customer and insurance referrals, so the highest quality service and installations is a must.

We have a great, professional team, offer an awesome work environment and are willing to beat competitor’s wages for the right candidate! Ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of auto glass installation experience in all new and old vehicles. Knowledge and experience of RV glass, hot rod glass and chip repairs is a plus. Company vehicle will be provided along with installation materials. Must be willing to wear clean work uniform every day, have excellent references, doesn’t swear, loves to work on a team, great attitude and communicant, no redo’s and can start immediately!

Customer Service & Administrative Assistant

FULL or PART TIME
, Days: Monday – Friday
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves to multi-task and be a super star for the public including working with customers over the phone and in person at the front desk throughout the day. Candidate must have a reliable means of transportation to work, be professional, extremely organized, love to multi-task, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a friendly and fast paced environment where every day is different. We want to invest in a team player who wants to grow with us. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a professional business environment with the desire to grow into an Inside Sales or Estimator role.

The role of the Customer Service & Administrative Assistant is to support the Automotive and Residential Project Team Members with all things customer service including walk-ins, phones, service questions and submittals, scheduling, payment processing, ordering, invoicing and act as a resource and support person for our Executive team. This position is considered both a front facing customer service and administrative position, and is primarily responsible for answering a very busy phone line, taking detailed notes, helping walk-in customers, delegating messages, filing, and reporting.

Being a team player with excellent computer and multi-tasking abilities, written and verbal communication skills and customer service are essential attributes for this position. This is a fun role where every day is different and exciting with new challenges, we promise you will not be bored!

We are offering $16-$20/hour (depending on experience) plus health benefits including dental, retirement package, paid holidays and paid vacation after completion of the probation period.

 

Window & Door Estimator (Experience Required)

FULL TIME
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
We are hiring immediately for an experience Window & Door Estimator to join our team. Applicants MUST HAVE existing experience and knowledge in the window and door industry with a keen understanding of reading architectural blueprints with the ability to perform takeoffs. Must have excellent sales and customer service abilities as well computer skills with proficiency in excel. Candidate must be reliable, professional, extremely organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a friendly and fast paced environment while working with customers both on the phone and in-person. We want to invest in a team player who wants to grow with us and is interested in long-term employment.

This position is considered a sales position, and is primarily responsible for turning around estimates in a timely and efficient manner and carefully processing orders for the projects sold. Ability or experience to assist in project management is a major plus. The position works closely with leads on the install team, upper management and has the support of a Customer Service Representative team. Building rapport with new and existing customers including contractors and providing product knowledge is a must. The ideal candidate for this position is a true company and team player who enjoys a challenge with sales rewards; excellent interpersonal and communication skills is vital for this position.

Required experience:
Project Management: 2 years or
Estimating in General: 2 years
Construction Knowledge: 2 years (must have strong office skills/experience)

We offer competitive compensation at $52K – $85K+ depending on experience plus health benefits including dental, retirement package, paid holidays and paid vacation after completion of the probation period.
