CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

Lead Auto Glass Installer (Experience Required) – FULL TIME
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Our reputable family owned and operated glass shop on the Central Coast is looking for a skilled auto glass technician to join and lead our auto glass team.

We are offering $20-$30/hour (depending on experience) for error-free workmanship and efficiency, medical benefits, retirement, paid vacation, holidays and more. A company vehicle will be provided along with all installation tools and materials.

Our business is based on customer and insurance referrals, so the highest quality service and installations is a must.

We have a great, professional team, offer an awesome work environment and are willing to beat competitor’s wages for the right candidate! Ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of auto glass installation experience in all new and old vehicles. Knowledge and experience of RV glass, hot rod glass and chip repairs is a plus. Company vehicle will be provided along with installation materials. Must be willing to wear clean work uniform every day, have excellent references, doesn’t swear, loves to work on a team, great attitude and communicant, no redo’s and can start immediately!

Window & Door Estimator (Experience Required) – FULL TIME
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

We are hiring immediately for an experience Window & Door Estimator to join our team. Applicants MUST HAVE existing experience and knowledge in the window and door industry with a keen understanding of reading architectural blueprints with the ability to perform takeoffs. Must have excellent sales and customer service abilities as well computer skills with proficiency in excel. Candidate must be reliable, professional, extremely organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a friendly and fast paced environment while working with customers both on the phone and in-person. We want to invest in a team player who wants to grow with us and is interested in long-term employment.

This position is considered a sales position, and is primarily responsible for turning around estimates in a timely and efficient manner and carefully processing orders for the projects sold. Ability or experience to assist in project management is a major plus. The position works closely with leads on the install team, upper management and has the support of a Customer Service Representative team. Building rapport with new and existing customers including contractors and providing product knowledge is a must. The ideal candidate for this position is a true company and team player who enjoys a challenge with sales rewards; excellent interpersonal and communication skills is vital for this position.

Required experience:

Project Management: 2 years or
Estimating in General: 2 years
Construction Knowledge: 2 years (must have strong office skills/experience)

Warehouse Lead – FULL TIME
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

This role will lead all receiving, special handling and inventory management of our windows, doors and glass products and will work closely with the Project Managers and Installation Teams to facilitate all activities within our warehouse facility. This professional multitasker manages and ensures quality and safety standards are met on the premises and is able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time as well as ensures efficient, organized storage. This role achieves inventory accuracy, coordinates orders with the office team, and tracks shipping/product arrival times as well as supports management in overseeing technician team performance while in the warehouse.

Additionally, this role provides secondary support in field installations and deliveries as needed, giving you an opportunity to learn a new trade.

Objectives of this Role

  •  Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with safety, organization and cleanliness the primary goal
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, receiving processes, and shipping
  • Solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Pay Range: $18-$23/hour DOE with room to grow. We also offer health benefits, retirement, paid holidays and paid vacation after completion of a probation period.

Customer Service Representative – FULL TIME
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves to multi-task and be a super star for the public including working with customers over the phone and in person at the front desk throughout the day. Candidate must have a reliable means of transportation to work, be professional, extremely organized, love to multi-task, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a friendly and fast paced environment where every day is different. We want to invest in a team player who wants to grow with us. This position has the potential to grow into an Inside Sales or Project Management role with higher pay and benefits.
CSR
The role of the Customer Service Representative is to support the Automotive and Residential Project Team Member and assist with all things customer service including walk-ins, phones, service questions and submittals, scheduling, payment processing, ordering, invoicing and act as a resource and support person for our team. This position is considered a sales and administrative position, and is primarily responsible for answering a very busy phone line, providing quotes and estimates over the phone and via email, selling the customer on the job and accepting deposit payments once the job is scheduled.

Being a team player with excellent multi-abilities, written and verbal communication skills and customer service are essential attributes for this position. This is a fun role where every day is different and exciting with new challenges, we promise you will not be bored!

Duties and Responsibilities
• Use comprehensive knowledge of companies’ products and services to be able to do sales, give estimates, schedule appointments, and complete detailed paperwork and digital documents
• Learn company procedures and policies and be able to implement them in day-to-day operations.
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner — leaving a lasting positive impression
• Look presentable and professional (company logo’d apparel provided) to greet customers who walk into the showroom every day

Qualifications
• High School Diploma – additional higher education is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and essential computer programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proficiency in writing and math

Position will be 40 hours per week Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm at our Showroom. *Part-time hours may be considered, depending on the candidate.

Pay Range: $16-$22/hour + with room to grow. We also offer health benefits, retirement, paid holidays and paid vacation after completion of a probation period.
